Cape Town – Experts believe that range declines in mobile taxa like birds and bats might mean bad news for less mobile animals like land snails, shrews, and the like.
Stellenbosch University’s Prof Mike Cherry led a team of researchers and students to explore the unknown biodiversity of the Eastern Cape forests – where the largest concentration of indigenous forests occur.
